1-2 in Rock Hill Tourney

After two losses against strong public school teams, we finished the Christmas Tournament with a win today. We beat Central High School 53-42. Just two weeks ago Central scored 111 in a game! Now it is time for much needed rest. I hope each player and family has a great Christmas. We will get back to work at 8 AM on Wednesday, December 28th!

Exams / Rest

We have had several close losses against quality opponents. I am looking forward to this week of practice without games. Hopefully it will give us some time to make much needed adjustments / corrections! We will be playing some of the best teams in SC beginning on Saturday. We travel to Rock Hill High School to play Great Falls, the defending SCHSL state champs. Playing these teams, while difficult, will certainly help prepare us for our tough region. Our goal is to keep getting better, make the playoffs, and shock someone when we get there!!

Tough Loss / Big Game Friday!!

We had a tough 3 point loss on Tuesday against a good Florence Christian team. We played with great effort and took 6 charges in the game. The guys are really buying into what we are trying to do. We have another huge game on Friday when we go on the road to OP. We beat them in OT last week. They are very well coached and it will be a tough atmosphere. Big win against OP

Thanks for your support last night as we beat OP in overtime. We have so much to improve on, but the guys are playing hard!! Team and individual pictures are next Wednesday. We will wear our coat and tie for team pictures and HOME WHITE uniforms for individual pictures!! The safest thing would be to bring everything in your bag!

Basketball is Underway

We are off to a 1-1 start. We had a tough loss to the defending AAA runner up Wilson Hall by two points. We then beat defending AA Final Four team Thomas Sumter by 4 points.
